Samantha Jordan
Full Name: Samantha Inessa Jordan
Birthday: March 9th
Nicknames: Sam, Girly(only to certain people)
Hometown: Chula Vista, CA
Samantha was a carefree girl who loved her strange yet decent life. She was the only child of Cassandra and Jacob Jordan. She was the only one they could manage too since their business forced them to have to constantly run around the country, for her parents were hunters. Not the sort of hunters that go after deer though, they hunt supernatural creatures. Samantha learned how to kill a vampire while other kids learned about Cookie Monster. She learned the best way to identify people infected with the were-virus long before she could identify who Mickey Mouse was.
Of course, she also had a proper education too, but that came in the form of homeschooling since she was constantly running around the country with her parents. This was her whole life for the first fifteen or so years of her existence. Learn math, science, and history for half the day, then learn how to stop a vampire nest from feeding on the locals in town.
Naturally she picked up a few other interests along the way, most of them coming from her father who she always looked up to. She certainly loved her mother, but her father just did things that seemed more fun. He liked music, he worked on cars, and he was a big geek (even if he would never admit it). Her mother had plenty of fun with the both of them too, but she never really got into working on cars. She always said, "You two make the cars look cool. I'll admire them after."
It wasn't until her teenage years that she met people her age that she started hanging out with. Caitlin was the first. She worked in a music store and taught Samantha how to play the guitar. After a few weeks of lessons, Samantha was invited out to meet some of her friends. Her parents were happy about this since every child needed to find someone their own age to hand around. Until Caitlin, Derrik, and Julia, Samantha never really cared about returning home, but after meeting them, she found herself longing to return home more and more. She still hoped to one day take on the family business, but it was nice to actually have a life that didn't involve fighting vampires and shooting werewolves.
